By using ClassicAds (classicams.lk), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Posting Ads

• All ads must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your ads.
• ClassicAds reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our policies.
• Free ads are limited to one per user. Additional ads require a premium upgrade.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post ads that contain:

• Illegal items or services
• Contact details in the description (use the designated fields)
• Duplicate or misleading ads
• Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission
• Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content

5. Transactions & Payments

• ClassicAds is a platform for buyers and sellers to connect.
• We are not involved in transactions between users.
• All transactions are between the buyer and seller.
• We do not store payment information.

6. Ad Expiry & Deletion

• Ads expire after 60 days from the date of posting.
• Expired ads are automatically deleted with all associated images.
• You will receive a notification before your ad expires.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of ClassicAds is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

ClassicAds reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClassicAds is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ads.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
